Meet Terry!

After graduating from the University of Mary with a degree in accounting, my wife and I decided to open a property management company.  I soon found out that I would rather work with people and helping find a place where they could call home.  Family has always meant so much to me and it always makes me smile when I see someone find their perfect home. I obtained my real estate license in 1992 and joined Century 21 Morrison Realty in July of 1997.

When I’m not helping a seller or working with buyers finding their new home, you can find me spending time with my family.  My wife and I have been married since 1989 and have 2 wonderful, beautiful daughters.  Haley married Blake Emmel in October.  Giving away your daughter to someone else to care for is extremely hard.  We are so blessed to have Blake in our lives.  We know that he will take care of her and treat her like the princess we think she is.  Haley has been part of my team for 4 years.  She manages the office work and is a buyer’s agent.  Our other daughter, Amber, is currently a sophomore at Bismarck State College.  She is adamant about keeping her grades high and is pursuing a degree in the medical field.  She also plays basketball for BSC and will be continuing her education and basketball career at Minot State University in the fall.

Meet Haley!

Growing up with my dad in real estate, I had a general, natural knowledge in real estate. When I graduated in 2015 from Shiloh Christian, I knew I wanted to work alongside my dad – and what an adventure that has been! I have learned that real estate is a difficult job to learn but I have one of the best mentors/leaders in the industry. I’ve also learned that when your “job” is to guide people through the process of homeownership, it’s not really a job at all. It is so rewarding to feel their emotions of excitement, happiness, and new beginnings. I am also in charge of paperwork, communicating with title companies and lenders, and of course, making sure your needs are met. In October of 2019, I married my high school sweetheart, Blake! In my spare time I enjoy reading. Right now, I am into the Harry Potter series. I also enjoy painting, making Pinterest projects, interior decorating, gardening, cleaning, playing piano, and spending time with my family. We love to play board games, go on hiking trips, and watch movies. Being a North Dakota girl, naturally my favorite time of the year is the fall and winter months. For the little time I have to watch television, my go-to shows to are FRIENDS and That 70’s Show.
